| Approximately 70-80 high school physics teachers, college faculty members and undergraduate students attended the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) Regional Conference, which was held at La Salle on March 12 and March 13. Dr. Thomas Keagy, the Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, welcomed all conference attendees on Friday evening prior to the featured speaker’s lecture. The conference was co-sponsored by the Southeastern PA/AAPT Section, Central PA/AAPT Section, New Jersey/AAPT Section, the Physics Club of New York, and La Salle’s Graduate Education/STEM Programs. Dr. Ling Liang, Associate Professor of Education, led the organizing committee that planned the event. |
