| Mayor Nutter’s Press Secretary Douglas Oliver, B.A. ’98, M.A. ’03, spoke to the Public Relations Management class taught by Dr. Michael Smith, Associate Professor of Communication, on April 13. Oliver discussed his career path, which has included stints with a PR agency, a public utility, and one of the largest Pennsylvania state agencies.
