Dr. Vincent Kling, Professor of German, has been awarded two fellowships for travel to literary archives connected with work on a book about literary translation. The Everett Helm Foundation is funding Kling's research on Gunter Grass at the University of Indiana and the Botstiber Foundation is sponsoring research at Yale's Beinecke Library, the Harry Ransom Center in Austin, TX, and the National Library in Vienna, Austria.
