The book is a collection of 12 essays detailing experiences of instructors and administrators from institutions across the United States who have successfully implemented learning communities with linked courses. The book includes an essay by Dr. Mary Robertson, Director of the Sheekey Writing Center, and Dr. Bruce Leauby, Associate Professor of Accounting, entitled “Double Entry: Linking Introductory Financial Accounting and English Composition."
