Her comments on Economics and the Department include the following:

Economics is a very versatile degree that can translate to many different job sectors including business, government, or education. It has given me the opportunity to explore many different avenues.

The small class sizes and availability of the professors contributed greatly to my success. I was able to get more help and counseling than I would have at a bigger school. Also the ECON department is a tight knit group that really takes pride in its students which make a difference in the education you receive.

Dr. Paulin’s econometrics class and Dr. Mshomba’s international studies courses were invaluable to my current profession. I highly recommend those courses. I enjoyed all my professors as they had different backgrounds and experiences to bring into the classroom.
