One, in a Festschrift for Engelbert Pfeiffer, discusses Pfeiffer's work as a scholar of the Viennese author Heimito von Doderer. The article in Southern Humanities Review is about the impact of W. G. Sebald's work in the English-speaking world. In the volume titled Gassen und Landschaften, Kling has published a long article on Doderer as a historian and a review of a book by David Luft about Viennese culture.
Kling's article on avant-garde Viennese writer Gert Jonke will appear in the Spring 2005 issue of Review of Contemporary Fiction. | |
