La Salle University students in Janine Mariscotti's travel study course on Spiritual Diversity, Service, and Social Justice in the U.S. and France traveled to France where they had the opportunity to visit Chartres, a historic cathedral in a town 60 miles from France, and the home of the first known labyrinth, a research interest and speciality of Professor Mariscotti.

Students are pictured with Brother John, a La Salle High School graduate, and member of the community in Taize, where youth & young adults travel to from around the world to experience music, fellowship, and worship in the Taize community. Students also visited cathedrals and other points of interest in Paris.

Donna Fielder taught the course, Marianne Dainton completed planning and led the travel component, Marjorie Allen helped with the travel arrangements, and Bonni H. Zetick accompanied the students to France.
