| Kevin J. Harty, Professor and Chair of English, has been elected to a three-year term as President of the North American Branch of the International Arthurian Society. He has also published two essays: “The Grail on Film,” in The Grail, the Quest, and the World of King Arthur, ed. Norris J. Lacy. (D. S. Brewer, 2008); and “Agenda Layered Upon Agenda: Anthony Mann’s 1961 Film El Cid,” in Hollywood in the Holy Land, ed. Nickolas Haydock and E. L. Risden. (McFarland, 2009). His review of Illustrating Camelot by Barbara Tepa Lupack and Alan Lupack appears in the Spring 2009 issue of Arthuriana. |
