On Sunday, December 9, Dr. Kevin J. Harty, Professor and Chair of English, continued his direction of the St. Mark's Episcopal Church's Film Festival by introducing, screening, and leading a follow-up discussion of Christian Carion's 2005 film, Joyeux Noel, about the somewhat spontaneous Christmas Eve truce in 1914 in the trenches of Europe among Scottish, French, and German troops.
