Henry Bart’s GEO 301 Sedimentology class for geology and environmental science majors visited Atlantic City, Avalon, and Cape May, all along the New Jersey coast.
The class had the opportunity to visit a wind generation plant in Atlantic City, and took the time to collect sediments along the beaches of Avalon and Cape May to learn about sediment distribution and erosional problems on beaches. |
