On Thursday, November 2, at 4:45p.m. in the Dan Rodden Theatre, Messiah Danceworks, an atelier for budding professional dancers, gave a lecture demonstration.

The two directors of the group, Rev. Duane Wilkins and Stacy Williams, explained the religious dimensions of dance and surveyed the history ofliturgical dance through the centuries. Particular dances included "Celebration in Hip-Hop" and "More Than."

The final presentation of the Catholic Studies Minor this semester will be on Thursday, November 9, at 12:35 p.m.in the Music Room of the La Salle Union Building. Monsignor Herbert Bevard will speak on his life as a convert to Catholicism and evangelizing Catholic parish priest.
