| < Back to Newsbyte Headlines | | Sigma Phi Lambda Raises Funds for San Miguel School | | With support from the University Life, Sigma Phi Lambda fraternity sponsored a basketball tournament last semester to help raise funds to sponsor two middle-school aged brothers attending The San Miguel School of Camden. Under the leadership of fraternity moderators Br.Gerard Molyneaux, F.S.C (Communication), Dr. Vincent Kling (Foreign Languages), Dr. Geoffrey Kelly (Religion), and Patrick Dalton (Nursing), the fraternity raised $1,000, which was presented to Br. Joseph Juliano, F.S.C., President; Mr. James Hoban, Principal; and the boys who attended the La Salle basketball game against Fordham on March 4. |
