Dr. Robert Vogel and five Leadership and Global Understanding students - Nicole Wilson, Katie O'Grady, Amie Kotalic, Kate Muller, and George Attah-Asante - spent Thursday evening at the St . James Apartments on Washington Square in Center City Philadelphia, sorting and packing clothes donated by the St. James residents in preparation for shipment to New Orleans.

This effort was organized by Alan Casnoff, a friend of La Salle University and the LGU program. The group spent a few hours packing thousands of garments for men, women and children to aid the hurricane victims.
