We had planned on leveraging mobile computers and wireless technology to facilitate greater collaborative learning and to provide students with the knowledge and skills most useful in real-life problem solving using quantitative techniques of operations management. Because of connectivity issues, collaborative learning has not occurred. However, students have attempted to solve real-life problems with some success.
