Personal Statement:

The combination of teaching, consulting and research provide me great satisfaction. Having the opportunity to practice what I teach has made me a more effective classroom instructor and at the same time helped me become a better businessman.

Research Activities:

My research activities complement my teaching and consultative activities. Applied research in peer reviewed and professional outlets have helped stay current in the classroom as well as providing evidence of my expertise when testifying. Recently my research has focused on the determination of marketability discounts when valuing private firms and large blocks of securities entering the market at one point in time. Some of my recent research efforts are listed below:
