The following SON faculty members will be providing their expertise to peers in specialized areas within their fields:

• Cesar Ruiz, SLHS faculty, was invited to present a seminar at the Pennsylvania Speech-Language-Hearing Association (PSHA) Annual convention: in April: Speech/Voice and Swallowing Rehabilitation following Partial Laryngectomy.
• Mary Lou Gies, Learning Resource Center Coordinator for Nursing Programs, is a part of a panel discussion on The Tri-State LRC Directors at the Tenth Biennial North American Learning Resources Center Conference, June 17 to 19, 2004 in Spokane, WA.
• Diane Wieland, Director Undergraduate Nursing Program, will present a paper, The Shortage of Academic Administrators: Psychiatric Nurses Need to Apply, at the American Psychiatric Nurses Association Conference October 15, 2004 in Phoenix, AZ
