Dr. Barbara Amster, Director of the Speech-Language-Hearing Science Program, was recently elected to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's (ASHA) Legislative Council for a 3-year term.

In addition to her council position, Dr. Amster has also been asked to serve on the 2006 ASHA Annual Convention Program Subcommittee for Fluency Disorders.
