The Pre-Speech Language Pathology Program is pleased to announce the launch of the new Pre-SLP Web site. The site, designed by University Communications and the Pre-Speech Language Pathology program, provides students and prospective students with information about the program as well as access to useful resources for navigating the portal, course management systems and other online tools that will be used in the online components of this program.
Speech Language Pathology is documented as one of the fastest growing fields in 2004-05 by the US Department of Labor. The Pre-speech program will provide students who do not have an appropriate background in communication sciences and disorders with the prerequisite courses in basic human communication sciences needed to successfully pursue the Master's degree in speech-language pathology.
The flexible program allows students to complete coursework in a face-to-face or online environment.
