Regina M. Hierholzer, formerly the web designer/coordinator in La Salle's University Communications department, has been appointed as the Instructional Designer for the Master of Science in Nursing Program.
This position was created to assist the Nursing faculty in creating web-enhanced course sections in the MSN core and advanced core courses with primary emphasis on the Clinical Nurse Specialist/Adult Health and Illness track.
The position is funded by a grant from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, Advanced Education Nursing Program. The grant proposal was submitted by Dr. Kathleen Vito, Director of Graduate Nursing and $465,588 was awarded to the School of Nursing over a three year period for this project. |
