La Salle's M.S. program in Speech-Language Pathology received full re-accreditation by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) beginning December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2016. According to Dr. Zane Wolf, Dean of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, eight years "is the longest possible period granted for re-accreditation."
On March 18, Dr. Judith L. Page, Chair of the CAA, wrote Dr. Barbara Amster, Director of Speech-Language-Hearing Science, to inform her of the CAA’s decision and to congratulate “the faculty and staff in the program, as well as the administration, on this national distinction.” |
