| Elizabeth Emery, M.S., R.D, Assistant Professor of Nutrition, was named Outstanding Dietetics Educator for 2009. She was presented with an award for this honor by Ulrich Chung, Ph.D., Senior Director of the American Dietetic Association Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education at the Dietetic Educators of Practitioners meeting in Newark, N.J. on April 3. The Pennsylvania Dietetic Association also acknowledged this award at its meeting in Valley Forge on April 24. Pictured is Dr. Chung presenting the award to Emery on April 3 .
