Assistant Professors Susan Adams, M.S., R.D., LDN, and Jule Anne Henstenburg, R.D.,CSP,  LDN,  along with nutrition major Kamorin Mattern received awards at the Pennsylvania Dietetic Association Annual Meeting on April 16, 2012. Adams was named the Pennsylvania Dietetic Association’s Outstanding Educator for 2012, and Henstenburg received the 2012 Keystone Leadership Award.  Mattern received a student scholarship.
