Sharon Starr, MSN, R.N., and Sonia Ferrer, MSW, were praised by Philadelphia’s Public Health Department’s Division of Maternal, Child and Family Health for their work as the HIP Home Visiting Team of the La Salle Neighborhood Nursing Center. According to Dr. Zane Wolf, Dean of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, “Their commitment to families and children is evident through compassionate care andadvocacy for families.”
