When writing, there are several types of conclusions to close your work. The conclusion type should reflect the type of work you are producing.

TYPES of Conclusions:
 1. Logical Argumentative Conclusions
2. Research Conclusions
3. Summary Conclusions
4. Persuasive Conclusions
   
Essentially, any form of writing you produce should have a conclusion which contains certain necessary elements.
•
ALL Conclusions should:
 1. Stress importance of thesis statement
2. Give the essay a sense of completeness
3. Leave a final impression on the reader
 
…Achieve this by:
  1. answering the question: "So what?" (show reader how paper is relevant, meaningful and     useful).
2. bring summary TOGETHER
3. echoing the introduction
4. challenge reader to apply thesis to their own lives (NOT obviously)
5. pose a question
