Please see the Living at La Salle online brochure for room dimension information.
Please refer to the Students' Guide to Resources, Rights, and Responsibilities for all residential community information and standards prior to
moving onto La Salle University's campus.
Before arriving at La Salle, contact your roommate(s) to discuss these issues:
- What you plan to study or what classes you have registered for.
- What hobbies
or interests you have.
- What items (stereo, TV, stuff) each of you will bring.
- What items you
will both share and which of you will bring them.
- What time you plan to move into the residence halls or apartments. Remember, freshmen and transfers
may check in between 8 a.m. and noon on Thursday, Aug. 23. Returning students
will move back on Saturday, Aug. 25, or Sunday, Aug. 26.
Once you and your roommate(s) are moved in, be prepared to talk
with your roommate(s) about how
things will work in the room or apartment. You will have an opportunity to
complete an Apartment
Agreement or Roommate Agreement dealing with issues ranging from how clean
you want the
room(s) kept to your feelings about guests in the room(s).
You may choose to meet with your Resident Assistant or Community Assistant
to come to a mutual
understanding on these issues. This agreement will help make your transition
to this new relationship
a smooth one. Please make every effort to work together before requesting a room change.
