Residents are encouraged to bring items to personalize their living environment. However some items are not permitted. The following are guidelines regarding what you can and cannot add to your living environment.

• Personal Toiletries and Storage Caddy
• Laundry and cleaning supplies
• Cooking Utensils (dishes, silverware, glassware, etc.)
• Bathroom cleaning supplies (Townhouse, apartment, and suite assignments)

• Coffee Pot/Hot Pot
• Popcorn Popper
• Iron & Ironing Board
• Radio/Stereo/Tape/CD Player
• Television/VCR/DVD Player
• Computer

• Air conditioners (unless already medically approved by Health Services)
• Bicycles (unless stored outside)
• Body building equipment
• Candles
• Connections to outside aerials or antennas
• Cooking appliances with an open element
• Darts and archery equipment
• Electric skillets
• Fireworks
• Incense
• Amplifiers or sound equipment
• Pets
• Radio transmitters
• Sun lamps and other similar electrical equipment
• Waterbeds
• Weapons or replicas; gas and air pistols or rifles
