HOUSING INFORMATION FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS
We are happy you are considering St.Teresa Court. To apply for housing, please complete the steps below. Your graduate program must have entered you into the student information system before you can be assigned housing.
How To Apply:
1. Print an Application/Occupancy Agreement for Graduate
Housing. Please note that once you return this agreement and an assignment
is made, you will be subject to cancellation fees as listed on the Occupancy
Agreement.
2. Complete and return the Application/Occupancy Agreement and the Early
Occupancy Request, if needed, with your $200 non-refundable housing
deposit to:
La Salle University
1900 W. Olney Avenue
Administrative Services
Box 835
Philadelphia, PA 19141
Housing deposits may be submitted online through the Bursar’s Web site.
NOTE: Once you submit your application, you will be subject to cancellation fees once you are assigned a room. You must notify Administrative Services as soon as possible to cancel your application if you have made alternate housing plans. The only way to avoid cancellation fees is to cancel prior to your being assigned a unit.
For fall semester, applications will be accepted beginning April 1st and assignments will be made on a rolling basis.
For spring semester, applications will be accepted beginning October 1st. Assignments will be made on a rolling basis beginning early December.
You will receive written notification of your housing assignment. You may also check your La Salle Email account online through mylasalle.
