Sexual Misconduct: Unwanted Sexual Behavior
- Take immediate and appropriate action to investigate.
- Take steps to end the sexual misconduct and prevent its recurrence.
- Take action as necessary to protect the victim.
- Provide clear guidelines as to how to file a complaint of sexual violence and/or harassment.
The University is committed to providing you with help and support regardless of what rights you might choose to exercise. Each of these caring individuals will be able to answer questions about survivors’ rights and will be able to assist survivors with their options.
