ARTICLE I. General Membership
Section 1: Every registered full-time undergraduate student at La Salle University shall be considered a Member of the Students’ Government Association, and shall have all rights and privileges pertaining to membership as granted herein.
Section 2: Every member of the Students’ Government Association shall have the right to vote for the Senators and Executive Officers of the Association.
Section 3: Every member of the Students’ Government Association shall have the right to petition the Senators and Executive Officers for redress of concerns and issues, provided that such redress is sought in a manner consistent with this Constitution.
Section 4: No student shall lose his or her membership status in the Students’ Government Association, but upon graduation, withdrawal, suspension or dismissal from the University.
