ARTICLE VIII. The Cabinet
Section 1: The President of the Students’ Government Association shall be entitled to a Chief of Staff and other such Executive Appointments as the Senate shall from time to time deem necessary and appropriate.
Section 2: The Chief of Staff and any other Executive Appointments shall be nominated by the President of the Students’ Government Association, and upon confirmation by a majority vote in the Senate, shall serve at the pleasure of the President.
Section 3: The Chief of Staff and other Executive Appointments to the Cabinet shall perform such duties as prescribed by the President.
Section 4: No Cabinet official may be removed from office but by Executive Order of the President. No Cabinet official may exercise any official duties or functions of other officers under this Constitution without express authorization from Senate legislation.
