ARTICLE X. Supremacy
Section 1: Upon approval by a 2/3 vote of the Senate, Article VII Section 1(B) of the current Constitution shall be hereby repealed, and this new Constitution shall considered agreed to under Article VII Section 1(A) as a superseding amendment thereto.
Section 2: Upon approval by a 2/3 vote of the Senate, any and all conflicting Constitutions, documents, or legislation shall be considered null and void, and the provisions of this Constitution shall be in full force and effect.
