Incident Reports
If you would like to document and report a situation in which you or others felt uncomfortable, threatened, hurt, or violated, or if you would like to report a situation which violated University policy, you can submit an Incident Report to Community Development. Guidelines for Writing an Incident Report:
- Be clear; be descriptive; be appropriate.
- Try to form an objective perspective based on facts.
- Keep in mind that an incident report is a confidential document, and the only individuals who will see the document are administrators and certain relevant parties, who may call you to follow up on the incident or to ask questions.
