- E-board will be in Washington D.C.
- Executive Senators are required to attend event

- Meet the Christian Brothers – Senior Class

- Need formal invitation for Brothers (SGA needs to sign)

- New Student Mentor will be there
- Come to Stasia with any questions

- Retreat Committee will be Executive Board

- Where to plant flags – Emily will email Mario
- Have planted all flags by next morning
- Will ring bells during the morning at each time of crash
- Will begin short prayer service in the chapel
- Have list of all names be projected of those perished
- Followed by Main Quad for speakers and candle lighting
- Should conclude by 8:00p.m.
- Chalk on ground earlier in week to promote Services
- Messages written on Blackboards in Olney classrooms
- Fliers in Union, B&G and Treetops
- Include 2 memorials of La Salle grads who died
- Committees
- Print out all committees and appointments
- Give to Stasia

- If late or cannot attend meetings, call Stasia or anyone on E-board to be properly notified
- Make sure to complete office hours – Log is on Desktop computer
- Benilde Hospital now offering Elements Café services in building

- Fix treadmills in gym area, causing inconvenience for people
