University Rome (AUR) is a small, private university that
is committed to offering liberal studies and professional
courses in an international environment.

classrooms, offices, student lounges, art and design studios,
and the George A. Tesoro Auditorium. The
auditorium is used for public lectures and concerts, in addition
to academic activities. There is also a newly renovated building
adjunct to the villa that houses the library, computer laboratories,
faculty offices, and additional classrooms. |

Campus
Surroundings:
AUR's campus is surrounded by a garden of historic Roman pines.
It is located in a prestigious area on the crest of Rome's highest
hill, the Janiculum. This location is in close proximity to
the major parks of the Villa Sciarra and the Villa Pamphili,
and the prestigious American Academy. The historic Trastevere
district of Rome is just a few minutes from AUR's campus.

Housing:
La Salle students studying at AUR are placed in apartments throughout
the city of Rome with other AUR students. |

Cost:
Tuition and housing for study at AUR is the
same as La Salle's tuition rate. Costs such as airfare, meals,
personal or incidental expenses, and other travel costs are
the student's responsibility and are not included. |

Eligibility:
Applicants must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 on
a 4.0 scale and receive the approval of La Salle University
for participation in the program. |
