We are very sorry to inform the University community of the death of Magdalena Mshomba Ngoilaley, sister of  Richard Mshomba Professor of Economics.  Her Funeral Mass took place on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at St. Ambrose Kibuka Parish in Arusha, Tanzania.

And let perpetual light shine upon her.
