We have dedicated this issue's special topics section to the discussion of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and proliferation/non-proliferation. This is currently a hot topic in the media and we hope that LaSPAM can provide some insight into the issue for those who have an interest. And if WMDs aren't your cup of tea, we also have a proliferation of other articles to pique your interest.
