Student Technology Checklist
New students should complete all the action items on the list below before starting classes to make sure they have the technology tools needed to be successful.
Connect to the La Salle wireless networks.
For support with using Canvas and online learning, enroll in the Student Guides and Resources course on Canvas.
On Campus Resources
At La Salle University, we are committed to helping you every step of the way. Take advantage of all the technology resources available on campus and online and don’t hesitate to contact the Helpdesk if you have any questions.
Technology Assistance Center, Olney Hall, Room 200
The Help Desk and Wister Lab will be closed for Fall Break: Oct. 14th – Oct. 16th.
We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, Oct. 17th.
Wister Lab will be open on Tuesday, Oct. 17th from 4pm to 9pm and resume normal hours on Wed. Oct. 18th.
TAC (Technology Assistance Center)
TAC Regular Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30am-10:00pm
Saturday – Sunday: 12:00pm-6:00pm
Wister Regular Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:45am-10:00pm

Bomgar Live Chat
On-campus users can use the orange Bomgar button icon on any office or classroom computer to initiate a live remote support session with a support technician any time between the hours of 7:30am-7:30pm on Monday through Thursday, and 7:30am-4:30pm on Friday.
