Student Technology Checklist

New students should complete all the action items on the list below before starting classes to make sure they have the technology tools needed to be successful.

TaskCheckDownload McAfee VirusScan (Download for Mac | Download for PC) to protect your computer (mylasalle login is required to access this link).

TaskCheckSet up SafeConnect (Installer for Mac | Installer for PC) to access the La Salle network from your computer in the residence halls.

TaskCheckConnect to the La Salle wireless networks.

TaskCheckSetup your La Salle email. Also, sync email to your (iPhone | Android)

Bomgar Live Chat

On-campus users can use the orange Bomgar button icon bomgar-icon on any office or classroom computer to initiate a live remote support session with a support technician any time between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm on Monday through Friday.
