The Mission of the La Salle University Coordinated Program in Dietetics/Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Program is to educate baccalaureate students in nutrition and health science, promote health and wellness, prevent and treat nutrition-related disease, integrate research into practice, and enable graduates to assume careers as registered dietitians. The La Salle Nutrition Program combines a liberal arts education with theoretical coursework, preparing graduates for leadership roles in their field.
