William C. Dunkelberg, Ph.D., is a nationally known authority on small business, entrepreneurship, consumer behavior, and consumer credit and government policy. He has presented expert testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate on consumer credit, inflation, tax reform, the minimum wage, small business, electronic funds transfer systems, energy efficiency standards, health care, and monetary and fiscal policy. Dunkelberg is a professor of economics in the College of Literature and Arts at Temple University.
