CSS Textbook Assignment Part 2
    11/8/11

We will work through some components of Gillenwater's Stunning CSS3 projects. You will note that she says you can get the code "if you bought the book." You need to honor that, even if it's to share a copy. This will be a graded assignment, but we will do a lot of the work in class, so you need to be here.

Here is the starting file. You need to make it look roughly like these four stages when you resize the window: wider than 1200, wider than 760, less than 760, mobile. I forgot that the food icons are from a free set at IconEden (most of theirs are not free) so here are the small 64 pixel ones: candy, pastry, dessert.

Test it also in Dreamweaver CS5.5 with the Multiscreen option, located beside the Preview icon. We will walk through some notes I made. This section (part 2) from Chapter 6 is here. There are other links in that Word file for guidance and inspiration. Extra credit for tweaking the code in original ways. There are also notes there about the new layout module which is covered in Chapter 7.

Due November 17. We will have lab time to do a lot of the work.
