What You Need:
1 cup natural yogurt
3/4 cup honeydew melon, roughly chopped
3/4 cup watermelon, roughly chopped
6 ice cubes
Pour the yogurt into the blender. Add the honeydew pieces and process until smooth. Then add the cantaloupe and watermelon pieces along with the ice cubes. pour into glasses and drink up!
Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin A. Watermelon also provides significant amounts of vitamin B6 and vitamin B1, as well as the minerals potassium and magnesium.
