What You Need:
2 cups milk
2 tbsp blackberry jelly
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana, frozen and chopped
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp wheat germ
In a blender combine milk, jelly, peanut butter, banana, honey and wheat germ. Blend until smooth.
