David Greed has been working in public accounting for over 25 years. At KPMG, David provides professional audit services to several large multinational groups in accordance with PCAOB requirements, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS. David has extensive experience serving technology companies. His client experience ranges from start-up companies to multi-billion dollar organizations. In addition to focusing on the complexities of revenue recognition, he has SEC reporting experience and has been involved with over 20 initial and secondary public offerings, as well as debt financings and private equity transactions. In addition to his responsibilities at KPMG, David currently is a Board Member of the Arts & Business Council and Eagles Fly for Leukemia, where he was past Treasurer. Also, David is a member of the New Jersey Technology Council and the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT).
David is a 1989 graduate of La Salle University earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and he received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. In 2005, the School of Business presented David with the DeAngelis Award for Excellence in his Profession. Today, David and his wife, Marilou, live in Yardley with their three children.
