Dean Emeritus Gregory Bruce was Dean of the School of Business Administration from 1995 to 2005.  Prior to that time he directed the MBA Program at La Salle. Dean Bruce currently is on the faculty of the Management Department and is Director of the newly formed Center for Entrepreneurship at La Salle University. He served as Chairman of the Board of a 50 million-dollar non-profit organization in Philadelphia.

Dean Bruce has consulted at approximately 51 schools throughout the United States and Canada on improving quality of business education at these schools.  In addition, he has conducted training and development sessions at a number of profit and non-profit organizations including the Association for Corporate Growth, United Health Care, Inc., New Jersey Food Processors Association, Horizon House, Crown Cork & Seal, and Resorts International. He has designed and delivered training and development in the areas of leadership skills, communication and feedback, work motivation, empowerment, strategy, managing change, and negotiation and managing conflict. He has consulted and advised a number of business schools world-wide.  Over his career he has chaired 21 AACSB Peer Review Teams and was a member of 13 more. In addition he has or is mentoring 14 other schools in the process of gaining accreditation.
