Kathryn C. Blohm, MBA

I earned my Undergraduate Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from LSalle University where my concentration was marketing.  I have over 30 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment in which I was responsible for managing the overall multi-million P & L budgets for my departments, as well as developing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

My experience included employment at an advertising agency where I led a team of individuals to successfully implement our client’s marketing initiatives by executing multimedia marketing promotions. My client base ranged from financial institutions, insurance companies, and retail companies to non-profit organizations.  I was also employed at Independence Blue Cross developing communication plans for a variety of corporate initiatives, in particular, Health Care Reform. In prior years, I have been employed at other major insurance and financial institutions in various capacities.

For the past 15 years, in addition to La Salle, I have been a part-time instructor at a few other schools in the area.  I can share all of my corporate experiences and what I have learned over the years to students both in the classroom and on-line.
