Graduation Gala

Following Baccalaureate Mass, La Salle University and the La Salle Alumni Association invite families, friends, and members of the faculty and staff to join the graduates at the Graduation Gala on Saturday, May 19, on the Tennis Courts. Tickets cost $40 and include a fun evening of food, drinks, music, and celebration. Tickets are available online at www.lasalle.edu/galatickets.

Please note: this event will sell out. We advise tickets to be purchased as soon as possible.


Undergraduate Commencement

Tickets are not required if the ceremony is held in McCarthy Stadium. Tickets are required if the ceremony is held in TruMark Financial Center due to inclement weather.

Each student will be provided four guest tickets in the event the Commencement ceremony is held indoors. Tickets will be available to be picked up on the dates, times, and locations listed below to all degree candidates and those students who have been granted walk-through authorization by their academic Dean/Graduate Director. A valid La Salle University ID card or photo ID (driver’s license) is required to obtain your tickets.

The University is not able to maintain a waiting list for graduates wanting additional tickets. Any graduate who feels that he/she needs more than four tickets is urged to locate another graduate not planning to use his/her ticket allotment.

Please note that the University is unable to replace lost or forgotten tickets. In case of inclement weather, guests must have tickets in order to gain admittance to a Commencement Ceremony in the TruMark Financial Center.

All graduates will be fitted for and purchase their cap, gown, and academic hood on the following dates and times:

Outpost (Main Campus Bookstore)
April 23–25, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

If you are picking up your gown at the Main Campus Grad Fair April 23–25, parents or students should pre-pay and pre-order their caps and gowns; they can do so at herffjones.com/college/lasalle. Gowns ordered online will be delivered to the Outpost for pick up during the April 23–25 Grad Fair. On-site sales will still be available during the fair.

Purchase cost is:

  • Associate’s attire $78.98 + tax
  • Bachelor’s attire $83.98 + tax
  • Master’s attire $91.98 + tax
  • Doctoral attire $85.98 + tax

Bucks County Center and Montgomery County Center Campus students who pre-order regalia at herffjones.com/college/lasalle will have their rain tickets delivered with their regalia at the respective pick up times.

Students graduating with academic honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, maxima cum laude) and/or with general University honors wear the same attire as the other graduates.

Order personalized graduation announcements at herffjones.com/college/lasalle. Announcements can also be ordered at the Outpost on Main Campus on Feb. 12-14, and at the Bucks County Center on Feb. 19-20. Announcements will be sent directly to the graduates.

School rings may also be ordered at the dates and times listed above with delivery by Commencement.

In lieu of a Yearbook, La Salle University will be coordinating Graduation Portraits. Information will be posted on campus and more details are below.

Caps and gowns will be provided.
