Ryan Husak, Ph.D., CCC-SLP

Dr. Husak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at La Salle University and a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist. He has worked in a variety of medically based settings as a speech-language pathologist. His area of specialization includes assessment and management of aphasia and other related neurogenic communication disorders. His research interests include investigating joint decision-making communication in married in which one of the spouses has aphasia and the other spouse does not as well as evaluating assessment practices and treatment efficacy in aphasia rehabilitation.
