Maintenance and Custodial Services
The Maintenance Division at La Salle University consists of maintenance mechanics that specialize in their respective trades. These trades include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and locks. Our staff is responsible for responding to service calls in a timely manner to ensure that the University campus is kept in a safe and functioning condition. They are also called on to work on construction projects to better enhance our facilities.
The Grounds Division at La Salle University consists of technicians who are very knowledgeable in their profession. They are dedicated to keeping the La Salle Community looking exceptional and free of debris. Their tasks include the following:
- Lawn maintenance
- Removal of trash
- Snow Removal – with the help of other facilities personnel and 3rd party contractors
The Custodial Division at La Salle University consists of a staff that is devoted to providing a clean and sanitary environment to the La Salle Community. Our staff covers all buildings and residence halls across our 130 acre campus. The daily tasks of our staff include the following:
- Trash/recycling pickup
- Restroom/Common area/Classroom/Office cleaning
- Assist in University events
Cleaning schedules are based on access to space and frequency of use. If something needs immediate attention, please contact Facilities through our TMA System or contact us at 215.951.1315.
Normal Business Hours:
Our Facilities Management staff is on-site for normal business hours between 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. If you have a request, please follow our TMA link. For emergency service, contact us at 215.951.1315.
If there is an after-hours emergency, please contact the Security Department at 215.951.1000. They will contact a Facilities manager.
