Stephen J. Lightcap, Ed.D., is the Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. He possesses more than 30 years of professional and financial leadership experience in Philadelphia higher education. Expertly adept at building financial planning models that strengthen and stabilize institutions through market-smart and strategic investments, Lightcap oversees the University’s financial portfolio and operations functions.
