La Salle’s Community Building Team and Career Services, along with La Salle Dining, have joined the Community Schools Program led by Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney, ’80. They are partnered with Logan Elementary School. To launch the partnership and support students, the departments hosted a school supply drive on April 3.

“As an education major at La Salle, I know firsthand how important it is for students to have the necessary tools to succeed in school and beyond,” said Joseph Samuel Rogers, ’18, La Salle Dining’s program coordinator. “I am especially proud that La Salle Dining and the Community Building Team are able to support Logan Elementary School through this initiative.”
